How to: Display or hide scroll bars.
Solution:
Select 'Options...' from the 'Tools' menu and click the 'View' tab. Select or clear the 'Horizontal Scroll Bar' check box.
1) Select the 'Tools' menu and select 'Options...'. (The 'Options' dialog box appears.)
2) Click the 'View' tab.
3) Do one or more of the following in the 'Window' group:
a) To display the horizontal scroll bar, select the 'Horizontal Scroll Bar' check box.
b) To hide the horizontal scroll bar, clear (uncheck) the 'Horizontal Scroll Bar' check box.
c) To display the vertical scroll bar, select the 'Vertical Scroll Bar' check box.
d) To hide the vertical scroll bar, clear (uncheck) the 'Vertical Scroll Bar' check box.
4) Click 'OK'.
